1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

2 Return Conditions

  • The product must be unopened and unused

  • Proof of purchase and a photo of the product are required

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless it was our mistake)

3 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • We do not issue refunds for opened or consumed products
