1 Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product arrived damaged
You received the wrong item
2 Return Conditions
The product must be unopened and unused
Proof of purchase and a photo of the product are required
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless it was our mistake)

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
We do not issue refunds for opened or consumed products
